On day 4 (21 November, 2019), as a part of Fit India School Movement, Career Academy School students embellished the premises by a commendable Gatka performance which is an ancient martial art of Punjab used to foster physical strength and brain power. Followed by Taekwondo activity by various classes in their physical education period which includes kicking techniques such as kicks, punches, blocks, open handed strikes and many more physical bearing methods. Such games are used to promote awareness about fitness as an integral part of a students’ life.
