Refund and Cancellation Policy for
Existing Students
This condition is for existing students who are already enrolled in school and are attending the classes. If their parents fail to pay quarterly tuition fees and other charges by the end of that quarter ( April to June, July to Sept., Oct to Dec., Jan to March). Their ward/wards name will be removed from school. They can only enrol again by paying a late fee fine plus Rs 2000. We as a school do not want any student removed from school due to fee delay, so we allow the parents to defer the fee up to 3 months, if there is any genuine reason and for this deferment parents need to give the principal a written request and commitment to pay the pending dues without fine by the end of three months.
Refund of Transportation Fee
- Transport once opted by parents for their ward can only be cancelled after paying Two months fee in advance Or if parent gives in written 60 days prior to withdrawal of transport facility to the Principal and provide that written permission to Transport in charge.
